Cape Story by the Sea, Cape Henry Shores, and Lynnhaven Shores are three adjoining neighborhoods located in the northeast part of the City of Virginia Beach. Bordered by First Landing State Park, the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay, and the deep-wateraccess of the Lynnhaven Bay.
The area consists of a variety of home styles. Primarily single family homes, with some duplexes, and condos. There has been a significant amount of redevelopment activity. Lynnhaven Shores is situated West of Great Neck Road and consists primarily of condos. This is where many of the local restaurants including Chix Oyster Bar, and the Lynnhaven Fish House, or catch your own dinner on the Lynnhaven Fishing Pier
